This website is owned and operated by POCCA. Throughout the site, we use the terms “we” and “our” which refers to POCCA.
Before placing an order with POCCA you must read and agree to the following terms and conditions. If you have an issue or are unhappy with any terms please contact us here.
Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. where they provide us with the online e-commerce platform which allows us to share our story and sell our bags to you.
PURCHASES OF POCCA BAGS
The price of our products includes VAT. The price of each product does not include delivery charges, these will be advised at checkout before your order is placed.
We must receive payment in whole for our bags when the order is placed. We will send you an email confirming that your order has been accepted and following this you will receive an email on dispatch of your goods.
PRICES AND PAYMENT
We accept all widely-recognised credit and debit cards and also PayPal purchases. All prices on POCCA’s website are given in euros (€) and this can also be switched to British Pound Sterling (£). Delivery charges can be viewed under the Shipping and Returns section.
The prices of our bags are updated from time to time but changes to prices will not affect orders placed prior to this.
ORDER CANCELLATION
Under the Distance Selling regulations you have the legal right to cancel your order within 2 hours of order confirmation.
To cancel your order you must contact us within those 2 hours here and include your order number in the message. Once we have been notified, your credit/debit card or PayPal will be re-credited as soon as possible, and within 14 days of order confirmation.
RETURNS
For any returns please contact us here and include your order number in the message. We will be happy to exchange or refund items returned within 14 days of delivery. Any returns received outside of the this 14-day window will be refused.
All bags must be returned un-used, inside our POCCA dust bag, and with the original hang tag attached to the bag. We will not accept items returned in a used or damaged condition.
Customers are responsible for return costs but we would advise you to send any parcels with tracked shipping. Please inform us here in advance if you are returning any bag to ensure that we can also track the parcel from our end and ensure it arrives. POCCA will not be responsible for damaged or lost goods during the return transit.
Card details and personal contact details of our customers are not shared with third parties.
