DELIVERY

Your POCCA bag will be dispatched within 1-2 working days after placing the order; we ship with our trusted partner.  

Shipment delivery times are as follows:

• Italy: within 1-2 working days
• Europe and USA within 2-5 working days
• Rest of the world: within 3 – 7 working days

You will always receive an email with confirmation of shipment and tracking details, so you can track your order from dispatch to arrival.

We will try to ensure delivery estimates are met but we are not responsible for delays caused by third parties or unprecedented weather conditions beyond our control. If you have any issues with shipments do not hesitate to contact us here.

Customers outside of the EU and internationally must be aware of and responsible for custom fares upon entry into the country.
